TVIN is kindly sponsored by Nunn Hayward. Over the last 25 years we have gained a wealth of experience which we are pleased to be able to offer you in your new enterprise.
Our 8 partner firm boasts strengths not just in the usual core business you would associate with firms of accountants, but also consultancy skills tailored to the day to day needs of the SME sector and in particular fast growing new businesses.
Getting the structure of the company right at the very outset in terms of financing, decision making and shareholder relations is always key but so often in the initial whirlwind of those early months they can be missed, with serious long term consequences.
We work with our clients to try and make sure that does not happen and use our team to help take some of the workload away and let you concentrate on what really matters.
We are here to help so please don’t hesitate to contact us to arrange a free and no obligation consultation, please contact Steve Cook.

TVIN is kindly sponsored by Moorcrofts LLP - a boutique corporate law firm focused only on matters that are important to your business, including corporate, commercial, IT and technology, open source software, commercial property and employment issues. We don't deal with law that businesses don't use - we don't advise on Wills, criminal, conveyancing, personal injury, matrimonial etc. We just deal with commercial matters.
We understand the issues facing your business when you are looking for funding, having had experience of acting for many companies in that position. Importantly we also act for companies at all stages in their development, from start-ups through to companies listed on AIM and including venture capitalists and angel investors. We therefore understand the issues facing you from all perspectives and are well placed to give you practical commercial and realistic advice that can move your business forward.
Once you have achieved the funding you are looking for, we are here to help you continue to develop your business. As well as the usual shareholder and commercial law issues, we have particular expertise in helping firms with incentivising their employees by way of employee share schemes, an ideal way to ensure you have a committed and driven workforce who shares your desire to drive your company forward. Unlike larger general service firms, we are able to offer a partner led service to ensure that you achieve the best advice possible. We are based in Marlow with clients throughout London, the Thames Valley and much further afield. We are also experienced in cross border transactions and can assist your business in developing links worldwide when the time comes. We are happy to meet or talk with you, without commitment, about what we can do for you and how we can address the legal and commercial issues your business faces. Please contact Teri Hunter.

The Oxford Trust is an independent charitable trust, founded in 1985 by entrepreneurs Sir Martin and Audrey, Lady Wood. Its mission is to encourage the pursuit of science and enterprise and has played a pivotal role in the regions innovation and STEM education ecosystem for over three decades.
The Trust has a simple but effective charitable business model: it owns and runs the Oxford Centre for Innovation (OCFI) in central Oxford and the Wood Centre for Innovation (WCFI) located in the health sciences quarter of Headington. Income from the innovation centres is reinvested into its Science Oxford branded education and engagement programmes. The strength of the model is that it is self-sustaining and supports both ends of the ecosystem, from inspiring young children about the wonders of science to helping tech start-ups to develop and grow.
With over 40,000 sq ft of innovation space from co-working, offices, laboratory and workshop spaces to meeting and conference facilities the Trust is the largest integrated provider in Oxford city.
Start-up companies can, if eligible, receive discounts in their early years up to an equivalent to a whole year’s accommodation. The Trust set up OION thirty years ago so we are especially interested in organisations being supported by this investor network.
