Hunter - Fleming Ltd

Hunter-Fleming Ltd, a private UK biopharmaceutical company developing new medicines to treat neurodegenerative and inflammatory disorders, has been acquired by Newron Pharmaceuticals S.p.A., a research and development company focused on novel Central Nervous Systme and pain therapies.

The company presented at an investment meeting which was organised by Oxford Investment Opportunity Network in October.
