Commerce Decisions provides software to support complex, multimillion procurement transactions, such as major capital intensive infrastructure, defence and outsourcing contracts. Commerce helps procurers evaluate bids from competing suppliers in order to make the best buying decision based on all the relevant criteria. The company also helps bidders construct their submissions to give them the best chance of securing contracts.

These solutions are based on Commerce’s AWARD suite of products and are backed up by a set of services delivered by consultants and trainers who have an in-depth knowledge and experience of procurement. To date AWARD has supported the procurement projects of over US$20 billion.

In Summer 2001 Commerce Decisions raised £750,000 through OION and is achieving growth in line with its business plan. The company is based in Oxford and operates throughout Europe and the US through a network of certified partners.
