LAYTONS

Laytons is a commercial law firm with an international client base, with specialists in private equity, corporate and commercial, intellectual property and technology, as well as tax, employment, dispute resolution, commercial property and private client.

We believe it to be vital to our clients that they deal with consistent personnel whom they know, and further that they have individuals who know them and their affairs well. We generate the best advice by sharing our knowledge and working supportively as a single team, both with our clients and amongst ourselves.

We understand that clients need more than just advice. We invest time in knowing clients’ circumstances, needs and preferences to deliver commercially informed and practical results. Wherever practical the same lawyers act. In this way we know what matters and our advice can be relevant, effective and appropriate.

We understand and are sympathetic to the pressures on early-stage businesses: as a result we act for numerous companies who have been introduced to us via OION.

If you are an investor or a company seeking finance through OION and would like to speak to us, without obligation, we are always happy to meet you. Please contact Justin Crewe (justin.crewe@laytons.com) or Lisa McLean (lisa.mclean@laytons.com).
