The success fee is only charged when an investment is made. It is payable within 14 days of completion of the investment.

The Network supports companies seeking investment. It offers advice on business plans and assists the entrepreneur in presenting his or her proposal at monthly investment meetings.
Presentation Panel
OION provides companies with an opportunity to test their business proposals on our Presentation Panel of investors, including a business angel and a representative from Seed Capital Ltd (a venture capital fund provider), plus professionals from HSBC Bank and Grant Thornton. The Panel has specialist experience in dealing with early stage technology businesses. It provides practical advice to improve the proposals before they are presented to the investment meeting.

The Network has established strong links with service providers, such as accountants, solicitors and banks. OION can select an appropriate professional to assist companies and investors with the funding process and business development issues.
